For more than 30 years, our board certified physicians and staff have provided patients with high-quality personalized care and the most up-to-date treatments available. We are experienced in the management of complex medical problems and treat patients that have multiple medical problems.  Our patients come from all over the Washington Metropolitan area including Montgomery County and Prince Georges County. We provide a full range of adult primary care services and preventive health screenings.  We handle cardiovascular and diabetes screening, physicals, pap smears, smoking and weight loss counseling, workplace and Department of Transportation exams, chronic disease care, urgent visits, workman’s compensation injuries, pre-operative evaluation, hospital and nursing home care.


We offer a full range of weight loss options in our medication and non-medication bariatric programs. We also work with bariatric surgeons for pre-op weight management in the appropriate patient population. In terms of insurance, we are flexible and accept Medicare, HMO’s and most private insurances.


Dr. Michael Leibowitz has been practicing Internal Medicine for over 30 years. He has been among Washingtonian Magazine’s best Internal Medicine physicians for more than ten years. Dr. Leibowitz has a special interest in geriatric population and the management of the elderly patients. Dr. Sean Saedi has been awarded several Certificates of Recognition for achievements in Ambulatory Medicine. He is experienced in working with clinical patients as well as in situations where patients are admitted to the hospital.  He has a special interest in chronic medical conditions such as diabetes as well as difficult to diagnose cases. He is an expert in the management of obesity, weight problems, and related conditions.
