In order to lose weight, it is essential to eat a healthy diet. There are hundreds of diets out there. You can find the general recommendations of each under the pertinent tabs on this website. We do not endorse any of these diets nor do we suggest them in our weight loss programs. We offer individual diets on the basis of patient preferences and their calorie needs. We do not support any specific company’s dietary supplements. In our view, people are different and no single formula works for every one. As a matter of fact there are many harmful diets out there. Most patients will lose weight on any diet for the first few weeks but the following weeks will be slower to none at all. We do not believe in short term programs. We encourage our patients to keep a food diary. We have a very high success rate in our medication and non medication weight loss programs.
